Frequently Asked Questions About Our Certified Partner Program

Who can become a Certified Partner?
From large contractors to individual proprietors, our Certified Partner program is designed for industry professionals who are purchasing (or specifying for purchase) wildflower products, including landscapers, gardeners, garden designers, Landscape Architects, builders & developers and other industry professionals.

What does the training consist of?
Our one-day Certified Partner training provides expert training in a small group format, focusing on the art of establishing, installing, maintaining & troubleshooting wildflower spaces. The day runs approximately 9 am - 3pm and consists of ecological education on wildflower meadows, detailed technical best practices related to installation and maintenance, and an opportunity to see and learn about the science behind our proprietary Wildflower Sod and Wildflower Soil products. We finish the day off with a live demonstration of Wildflower Sod installation and Q&A with our Operations team.  Plenty of coffee, tea and snacks, as well as a delicious local lunch, are included.

What do Certified Partners receive?
Certified Partners receive up to 30% off trade prices on the full range of our wildflower products & services, as well as referrals from having your company listed on our website. We provide partners with ongoing seasonal advice via our newsletters, as well as opportunities to get marketing exposure and support from our marketing team.

How does my company become a Certified Partner?
To become a Certified Partner, nominate at least one employee from your organization to attend one of our Certified Partner training days. To remain a Certified Partner, simply attend a training or specify the purchase any of our products at least once every two years.
